• Passwords should be at least eight characters long and include a combination of numbers and upper and lower case letters.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify hhbd Support immediately.
• It is advisable not to use the same password across multiple services.

Transferring or lending your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods

To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳1,000 in bonus requires ৳10,000 in total bets.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be claimed only once by eligible members, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• hhbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 Cashback

hhbd VIP members receive weekly cashback depending on their tier. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid when it has been successfully registered in the hhbd system and the member's account has a sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless hhbd takes a specific action in a particular case.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs in the game or betting system for any reason, hhbd reserves the right to cancel the affected round or bet, and the amount will be returned to the account. Claims for bets lost due to server issues will not be accepted.

6.3 Determining Results

8.3 Self-Exclusion
